Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

More answers to frequently asked questions...

Q: We would like to get rid of the panel look in our mobile home. Why is your wallpaper different from regular wallpaper to cover the grooves?

A: The difference is PaperIllusion is printed on a different kind of paper giving it the ability to tear and stick without having to book it. It's a breathable woven material that allows the paper to adhere to itself, whereas other paper won't. I hope that helps.

Q: I did not see how to measure for the paper on your website, can you let me know?

A: The roll covers an 8' x 9' wall...we say 75 square feet of wall space with overlap (the roll is actually 85 square feet).

Measure the walls that will be papered (height x width)...convert to a fraction of feet...multiply to get total square feet of wall space.

Then, measure any openings (doors and windows) in those walls in the same manner to calculate total square feet of openings to deduct from total wall space.

Tips & Testimonials

Here are some tips and testimonials from those who have used the product themselves. Hear what they have to say...

TESTIMONIAL/TIP: We used the paper we bought from you to redo our kitchen walls (put up over primed wallpaper that wouldn't come off). We put a few coats of satin polycrylic over the top to protect it from spills. We're very happy with the results, and glad to be rid of the plaid! ~ Kaye Anfield

TIP: If you cut the paper and don't tear it, it won't stick properly. ~RR

If you have a tip or testimonial you'd like to share, email me and we'll be sure to include it in a future issue of Paper It Fun!
